Bringing Coding Skills into a Research Setting
Project Purpose
While carrying out an independent research project, I realized that one of the most time-consuming tasks was to go through all of the data generated by the program ImageJ and perform the necessary statistics to begin analysis.
The goal of this project was to create a way to complete these initial steps of analysis with minimal effort from the researchers.
Project Output
By copying and pasting data from ImageJ onto a sheet of this Excel book, a sheet in the format of the image above is generated. This prevented errors and reduced the time required compared to doing this task manually.
